Sportful products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only on items purchased through an authorized Sportful retailer or Sportful.com and is available only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase.
The Sportful warranty program does not cover any defects due to damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, natural fading of colors and materials over time and with use, rips, tears, abrasion, holes, burns, or shrinking.
Sportful does not warranty purchases made through eBay or consumer resale sites, or counterfeit products.
At Sportful we strive to handle all returns quickly and to your complete satisfaction. Please return your Sportful product to the retailer from which you originally purchased it; the retailer will then forward the item to us. There are two ways to become a Sportful-supported athlete. The first is through the pro cycling teams we support. These teams have their own recruitment process for athletes, and Sportful is not involved in this process.
The second way is through our regional and local ambassador program, which is managed by our distributors and retailers. This allows local and regional teams to join forces with their local Sportful dealers, who are the most knowledgeable about the local race scene and are able to best serve the sponsored athletes. This program is 100% run through our distributor and dealer network, with final approval from Sportful headquarters.
