HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS I HAVE PURCHASED FROM SPORTFUL.COM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery.

You can choose to be refunded or for a size replacement.

Please note that for items purchased from our web shop (Sportful.com), we only accept return of products that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged or that are defective.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SPORTFUL PRODUCT BOUGHT IN A STORE?

For returns and warranty claims relating to items not purchased on Sportful.com, please return the product to the retailer from which you purchased it. Please note that we only accept return of products that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged or that are defective, and only with proof of purchase.

WHAT IS SPORTFUL’S WARRANTY POLICY?

Sportful products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only on items purchased through an authorized Sportful retailer or Sportful.com and is available only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER SPORTFUL’S WARRANTY?

The Sportful warranty program does not cover any defects due to damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, natural fading of colors and materials over time and with use, rips, tears, abrasion, holes, burns, or shrinking.

Sportful does not warranty purchases made through eBay or consumer resale sites, or counterfeit products.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM?

At Sportful we strive to handle all returns quickly and to your complete satisfaction. Please return your Sportful product to the retailer from which you originally purchased it; the retailer will then forward the item to us. To ensure that your return will be handled smoothly, please retain your proof of purchase.

I FOUND A WEBSITE THAT IS CLAIMING TO SELL ORIGINAL SPORTFUL PRODUCTS FOR A VERY LOW PRICE. ARE THEY REAL?

If the price seems too good to be true it probably is! Not all fakes sell at lower prices than their genuine counterparts, but an unreal bargain is one of the surest signs of an un-real product. 
Therefore, we recommend that you purchase through your local or online Sportfl retailer to ensure the best service possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

As soon as your products have been handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to a website that will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

To ensure the best possible delivery service, your order will be sent out via UPS (Europe and Extra Europe) and it will be delivered in 3/4 business days.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping costs varies based on the country of destination, 7€ to Italy and 9€ to Europe/Extra Europe.

For orders over 50€/50$, shipping costs are free of charge.

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR SPONSORSHIP?

There are two ways to become a Sportful-supported athlete. The first is through the pro cycling teams we support. These teams have their own recruitment process for athletes, and Sportful is not involved in this process.

The second way is through our regional and local ambassador program, which is managed by our distributors and retailers. This allows local and regional teams to join forces with their local Sportful dealers, who are the most knowledgeable about the local race scene and are able to best serve the sponsored athletes. This program is 100% run through our distributor and dealer network, with final approval from Sportful headquarters.

Please contact your local retailer or the Sportful distributor in your country with any sponsorship requests.
