How can I return or exchange products that I’ve purchased from
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery by the courier. Only items that have not been used or damaged and that do not have defects that are not attributable to production may be returned. Please note that we accept returns only of products purchased through the website ( For warranties and returns of products that were not purchased from, please contact the store where you purchased the items.

The Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. All returns should be both unwashed and unworn.

How do I return a product?
Enter your account and click on “my orders”, select the order, click on “return” and follow the instructions to return the non-desidered items.

We’ll send you a confirmation email to print and send back together with the  items you would like to return.

Once the package has been received and checked by the Sportful returns department, your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
