The following conditions apply:

• Proof of purchase must be provided. We require a receipt or order confirmation from an authorized Sportful retailer.
  
  
• The garment must have been purchased within the last two years. Issues related to normal wear and tear are not covered by this service.
  
  
• The provided discount can be used on an item from the same product category as the damaged garment and is valid only on full-priced products.
