If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make any effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted.

We do not make changes regarding the color, size, or model of an item.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel part of it, giving you the opportunity to place a new order with your preferred specifications. Processed orders cannot be modified. You may return your item subject to Sportful's Online Return Policy.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we invite you to wait at least 24 hours or check if it has been delivered to your neighbors.

Otherwise, please contact our Customer Service team, which will handle the necessary verifications with our couriers. We kindly inform you that all investigation procedures with couriers can take a few weeks.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will become active within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the email.

If you have not received this email or have encountered any issues with your parcel's tracking number, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to check the delivery status for you.

Unfortunately we can't ship different orders together. For internal management purposes, there must be at least one shipping for each order.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer Sportful gift cards and gift vouchers for our online store.

All notifications related to your order are sent to the e-mail address you provided in its final steps. If you don't receive them, you might have filled in a wrong e-mail address.
