European Union

We offer free returns on all orders placed on www.sportful.com.

If you wish to return a product, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to register your return. You can submit your return request directly from the "My Orders" section.

To access your account area:

1) You must enter the email address used to place the order.

2) A confirmation OTP code will be sent to that email address.If the order was delivered over 30 days ago, please contact our Customer Service.

3)You will then receive an email containing the instructions to create your return label and ship the return. Return labels expire after 10 days.

All items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all labels and tags intact.

Returns should be neither washed nor worn, otherwise we can refuse your return request.

In case these conditions are not complied with, the returned parcel will be sent back and no refund will be issued.

The return procedure for non-EU countries is carried out in the same way as for European Union countries.

Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway and Australia

The return label for orders placed on our website has a cost of:

• Switzerland: 10 CHF
• United Kingdom: 10 GBP
• Norway: 100 NOK
• Australia: 15 AUD

The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.Please note: Remember to print 3 copies of the export invoice, which are required for customs clearance of the goods.

Canada

Returns are free for orders placed on our website www.sportful.com. If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. You can submit your request directly from the "My Orders" section of your account. If you placed your order as a guest, you can request a return by following the "Guest Return" procedure located in the menu on your left. If your order was delivered more than 30 days ago, please contact our Customer Service team. Within two business days, you will receive a FedEx return label to print and attach to your package, along with the shipping instructions.

Order History: Following our upgrade to a new e-commerce platform, past order history is no longer directly visible in your account area.

Warranty Claims: For quick warranty claims, you can locate your Order Number and Item Reference Code in your original confirmation email, or reach out to us directly and we’ll retrieve them for you.

Purchase History: To retrieve details about past orders or request assistance, simply contact our Customer Support team.

You can track the status of your return shipment directly on the courier's website by entering the tracking number shown on the label.

Please note: it may take 1 to 2 business days for the tracking code to activate in the courier's system. Please allow this timeframe to pass before trying to view the first shipping updates.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Please note: Sportful products purchased from third-party retailers (physical stores or other websites) must be returned directly to the point of purchase.

Refunds are processed only after the returned items have been received at our warehouse and have undergone the necessary quality checks. If the condition of the product meets all requirements, your refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method used to complete the order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please note that the credit may take 1 to 2 business days to appear, depending on your bank's processing times.

All orders placed through the Sportful online designer are custom-made, made-to-order products, and therefore cannot be refunded or returned. All sales are final.

Products with a manufacturer's defect may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
