Who is Eligible for the Sportful Industry Program?
Outdoor Industry Staff: Full-time employees at partner outdoor brands
Certified Cycling Guides: Licensed road, gravel, or MTB tour guides
Coaches & Trainers: Certified cycling or endurance sports coaches
Active Pro Athletes: Licensed continental or national-level racers
The industry program is intended for personal use only. Sharing benefits with third parties is forbidden, including purchases and gifts for relatives and friends.
The access to the program is reserved to Sportful’s discretion and it could be denied or ended at any time without possibility to appeal.
Eligibility to the program has 1 year validity, every 31/12/n it is necessary to renew the request. Sportful may any time request evidence of relevant employment.
Sportful industry program pricing conditions remain strictly confidential and may not be disclosed by you to anyone who is not a participant.
After your submission, your application will be revised and you will receive feedback as soon as possible.

- Submit Your Application: Fill out the online Industry Form and upload your proof of employment or certification.
- Get Approved: Our team will review your application within 2–3 business days. Once approved, your discounted pricing activates automatically upon login.
- Start Shopping: If your application is be approved, you will see the price reduction once the products are added to the cart.
The Sportful industry program has a purchase cap limit for each year (1500 EUR / 1600 USD / 2500 AUD / 2200 CAD / 1300 GBP / 220000 JPY / 1500 CHF / 17000 NOK).

Q: How long does Sportful Industry Program approval last?
A: Program membership is valid for 12 months. You must re-verify your employment or certification status annually to maintain discount privileges.
Q: Are all Sportful products covered under the industry discount?
A: Most inline bib shorts, jerseys, jackets, and accessories are included. Custom team wear, clearance items, and limited-edition collaborations may be excluded.
