Strava Challenge

This challenge, hereinafter referred to as the "Strava Challenge - Sportful x Strade Bianche," is open to all participants aged 18 and over, in accordance with the "Strava" contest regulations.

No purchase on sportful.com or any form of payment is required to participate.

Registration for the Challenge will be available on the Strava platform starting at 00:01 on 01/03/2025, and the competition will end at 23:59 on 28/03/2025.

Sportful X Strade Bianche

Participants who complete the Challenge will receive a notification from Strava, through which they can register on the page https://strade-bianche.sportful.com using their email address.
Please note that registering on the website through pages other than the one indicated in the coupon will not allow correct access to the contest and will prevent the receipt of the discount code associated with the Challenge.

Each participant who completes the Challenge and registers on https://strade-bianche.sportful.com:

• will be eligible to participate in the prize draw called Sportful x Strade Bianche - Ride into the Legend;
• upon registration, will receive a 25% discount code to use on a selection of items available on sportful.com. The discount codes can be used until 23:59 CET on 06/05/2025.

The prize for the draw consists of five (5) race bibs for participation in the 2026 Gran Fondo Strade Bianche amateur cycling event.
It is reiterated that the same user can win only one race bib and that participants must provide correct and truthful information.
Winners will be notified via email.

The prize contest will run from 08/03/2025 to 13/04/2025, and the official recording will take place by 30/05/2025.

Privacy

By registering on https://strade-bianche.sportful.com, participants declare that they accept the Terms and Conditions of Manifattura Valcismon, acknowledge the conditions regarding the processing of their personal data (in particular, personal and contact details), and agree to share information related to their Strava account activity, which will be collected and processed for the proper execution of the prize operation. This includes verifying participation conditions, challenge management, prize draw, assignment, and prize collection.

Data processing is based on the purchase and/or contest participation contract (Article 6, letter b) GDPR). Additionally, contact data may be used based on the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6, letter f) GDPR) for conducting market research, customer satisfaction surveys, and sending marketing communications (soft spam).

The prize operation will involve data transmission to entities engaged in instrumental operations for its execution, including Leevia by Advice Group, a company specializing in contest management, and other technical service providers for IT data management (storage services, mailing system providers).

Participants' data will be retained for the period strictly necessary for the prize operation, except where a longer retention period is required by applicable legal or accounting regulations.
