Junior Marketing Coordinator (Italy)

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Castelli and Sportful marketing teams at the Italian HQ.
The Junior Marketing Coordinator role is central to our go-to-market efforts in Italy. The role partners closely with the Italian Sales Manager and Brand Marketing Managers. A key part of the job will be planning and executing regional and local marketing activities (off- and online).

The mission is to align the brand goals with business needs and translate those into a consistent and effective marketing plan that will generate leadership, awareness, and demand to support the growth of the business in Italy.


  • Work with members of the marketing team to develop and implement a marketing strategy aligning with global initiatives.
  • Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional people, including Brand Marketing offices, Digital and Social business units, creative designers, photographers, and product marketing to ensure a coordinated and consistent message and focus across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing Office to build and manage annual and seasonal marketing calendars, including all functions and touchpoints (digital and print, retail marketing, PR, product marketing, local and regional events, etc.).
  • Annual planning and financial budgeting in cooperation with members of the marketing team.
  • Maintain relationships with cycling media, customers, and industry contacts.
  • Work with the marketing team to create social content to improve performance and channel optimization.


  • Highly results-driven marketer with 2+ years of marketing communication experience in the cycling or outdoor space.
  • High level of energy, passion, and enthusiasm for cycling.
  • Excellent Italian communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience creating and executing a wide variety of marketing programs that have driven results across channels and touchpoints.
  • Strong ability to think both creatively and strategically in terms of brand and customer growth.
  • Extremely organized with a keen eye for details, without losing sight of the big picture, able to drive and manage big projects.
  • Can manage multiple balls in the air without breaking a sweat.
  • Ability to meet demanding deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours.


  • Good knowledge of at least another language beyond Italian, preferably English.
  • Knowledge of the cycling industry within the retail space.
